What does the $199 setup + $99/month cover?
Your $199 setup covers the initial build of up to 10 standard informational pages, your branding and business details, a simple contact form, mobile-friendly layouts, and basic on-page SEO. The $99 monthly subscription includes hosting and SSL. Domain registration, extra pages, ongoing content changes, and optional services are separate. We confirm the scope, billing start date, and subscription terms before you commit.
Is this the right website for my business?
This plan is designed for solo owners, startups, and small teams that need to explain their services, show their work, and help customers get in touch. Cleaners, lawn care providers, tradespeople, photographers, consultants, and other local service businesses are a good fit. A full online store, customer portal, or custom application needs a separate quote.
Can I choose a demo and make it my own?
Yes. Tell us which demo you like as a starting point. We tailor the website with your business name, colors, services, photos, and contact details. The examples are demonstration websites, not client results. We agree on your design direction and pages before building.
What pages can I include?
Standard informational pages can include Home, About, Services, individual service pages, a work gallery, FAQs, service areas, and Contact. Start with the pages you need, up to 10 in the agreed initial scope. Additional pages requested after the initial build are quoted separately.
What do you need from me, and how long does it take?
You provide your business details, services, location, contact information, and any logo or photos you want to use. OHS helps shape the starter copy and prepares the website for your review. The launch timeline depends on scope, content, and feedback; we confirm a realistic schedule after reviewing your project.
Can I edit the website or request changes later?
These are lightweight HTML websites built with AI-assisted tools and customized by OHS. They do not include a WordPress editing dashboard. OHS can handle changes for you; support scope and any charges are confirmed before work begins. If you need regular self-service publishing, we can discuss a WordPress website or a larger project separately.
Does the plan include SEO, booking, or online payments?
Basic on-page SEO is included: page titles, descriptions, clear headings, and a mobile-friendly structure. Ongoing SEO campaigns are separate. We can also review links or supported embeds for third-party booking and payment services; compatibility, setup costs, and provider fees are confirmed separately.
What happens if I cancel or need a larger website?
We explain the subscription commitment, cancellation process, domain access, and any website file transfer options before signup. Included hosting ends when your subscription ends. If you later need WordPress, an online store, or custom functionality, OHS can quote the larger project, including any rebuild or migration.
